What an incredible tea, everything from rinsing the tea to pushing it hard in the final steeping is thoroughly enjoyable. The initial rinse releases a pungent aroma that carries itself through the first 5 or so steepings. There are sweet floral overtones with some nutty flavors that eventually give way and open up to the true nature of this tea - it is, after all, a Wuyi oolong, and therefore has a distinct "rock" flavor that is characteristic of teas grown in this amazing region. The depth of flavor is incredible - even after the floral and nutty notes subside, there is still a LOT going on in this tea. The cha qi of this tea was incredible. So is the aftertaste - it's sweet and floral, with no bitterness. I brewed this tea maybe 8 or 10 times, then let it sit overnight... and brewed it again in the morning. It is that good. If you're looking for something special that carries ALL of the good characteristics of high-end Wuyi oolongs, then look no further. This is it.

An excellent oolong tea with a wonderful taste. This tea has great energy and can be steeped many times, in addition it is quite fragrant and possesses very floral overtones. This was the tea I used to introduce my friends to Chinese style teas and they thought it was amazing
